The Children’s Clinic Family Health Center at Cesar Chavez Elementary School (TCC/CCES) was opened on September 29, 2004 and is a free standing site located on the Long Beach Unified School District (LBUSD) at Cesar Chavez Elementary School.

TCC/CCES provides care for the most underserved children, youth, and adults in the community. To be eligible for services, a child or adult must be uninsured, under-insured, or receive Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids or Medicare. Families may be asked to contribute to their care according to a sliding fee scale, yet no one is refused care due to the inability to pay.

Last year, TCC/CCES provided over 4,291 Health Care Visits to over 1,348 children and adults.
